Name: Moses

Hi. I would like to say that you web-site is the most useful… My question is that I install my software on my PC, at first i install Windows x64 which i find out that my terminal was not able to support it then i change back to windows home edition and the computer not booting, well it does but when it almost ready to go to windows it’s stop? the computer give me a code but is so fast that is hard to read it. or when i change of hard drives to another that have more space (250GB) it keeps running and running over and over i can’t get the computer to fully install. can you help me?

First off, make sure that you are trying to install on a clean partition. If not, then reinstall Windows XP Home again, but let it format the drive this time. There may be old info/drivers that are hosing the process.

If that’s not the issue then I would remove all peripherals from the machine and install the OS with as little hooked up as possible. If you’re able to get it to work at that point, then start to connect each device one-by-one until you find the culprit that’s causing Windows to bluescreen/reboot on you.
