If you’re a do-it-yourselfer on a budget and are looking to upgrade to a motorized standing desk, you should consider one of the many electric standing desk frames on Amazon. The cheapest dual-motor unit I found, which can hold up to 225 pounds, costs only $200 and works with all sorts of different desk tops. Chances are you have a stationary desk at home, so why spend hundreds of dollars more on an all-in-one unit when you can pick up just the motorized frame?
