How To Install Or Upgrade To Parrot 4.10?

Parrot OS is a rolling release distribution, where new updates are available in the repo as soon as it becomes stable and reliable. Hence, if you’re already using the current version of Parrot OS, just update your package to reach new stable versions.

sudo parrot-upgrade

or

sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade

Note: Parrot OS highly discourages the use of “apt-get upgrade” command to avoid any problems in your system.

If you want a fresh installation, you can also download ISO images of Parrot OS 4.10 from here. The images are available in multiple editions: Security, Mate, KDE, Xfce, Netinstall, Virtual, and Home.
