This is Direct Drive Tech’s new self-balancing robot, called Diablo. The version seen in the video is 1.2. It is powered by 6 direct drive actuators. This means it has 6 directions of freedom (pitch, roll, pan, height adjustment), which makes this robot extremely versatile and interesting. You can even write your own programs for it, thanks to the SDK (C++ and Python ).
