The Galaxy S6 is an attractive handset and it’s obviously the world’s first dual curved displays smartphone. The phone is not only crammed with fantastic features but looks fantastic too. So, take a closer look at Samsung Galaxy S6.
Look And Feel
The phone has sweeping sides with a rounded metal frame and it has a premium look to it. However, the rear is flat and it makes the handset feel wider than it actually is. The rear is a glossy glass which compromises the grip and also makes it a little heavy, which can get uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. The phone is available in white, black, gold, and green. The exterior of the phone is definitely a magnet for smudges and fingerprints, which means the user has to clean it frequently.
Features
The phone has a 5.1-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a 577 PPI. It’s powered by the Samsung Exynos 7420 processor and comes with 3GB RAM. The internal storage is 32GB, but it cannot be expanded with a microSD card, which can be an issue if you want to store heavy files on your phone. The back camera is 16 megapixels while the front camera is 5 megapixels.
The Good and the Bad
When it comes to looks, this phone gets ten out of ten. The QHD display highly complements the overall curvaceous design of the phone and the performance is pretty slick. The camera is also commendable and one can take stunning shots without any effort, which is great if you are in to the selfie craze.
However, all the good points of the Galaxy S6 are identical to the Galaxy Edge, which means Samsung certainly had difficulty being innovative with this phone. The lack of a microSD card slot is a huge turnoff and the battery life is poor as compared to other phones in this range.
