LAHORE: Lahore Police have detained the popular TikToker and family-oriented content creator Rajab Butt on allegations of illegally owning a lion cub and showcasing firearms.
According to reports, a raid at his home in a private housing society led to his arrest by officers from the Chung police and the Punjab Wildlife Department for illicit possession of the lion cubs.
Butt, who recently attracted criticism for hosting a lavish wedding, received the lion cub as a gift just one day before the wedding celebration.
The well-known YouTuber is now facing legal repercussions for breaching wildlife laws and for publicly exhibiting weapons.
