The specifications of the highly anticipated Microsoft Surface Pro 8 have been leaked just two days before the Surface event. These leaks surfaced in the form of images believed to be a retail listing from a Chinese store, confirming some key specifications for the tablet.
According to the leak, the Surface Pro 8 will come equipped with Intel’s 11th generation processor and will run Windows 11 upon release. One notable feature making a return is the replaceable SSD, a feature also found in the Surface Laptop 4, Surface Pro X, and Surface Pro 7 Plus, providing users with more storage flexibility.
Additionally, rumors suggest that the Surface Pro 8 will sport a blend of USB-C and Thunderbolt ports, offering enhanced transfer speeds. The tablet is also speculated to boast a 13-inch display with a swift 120Hz refresh rate.
The Microsoft Surface event is scheduled for September 22, where it is anticipated that other new devices will also be unveiled.
