Ford reveals the new electric F-150 Lightning truck

Ford unveiled the F-150 Lightning, the company’s first electric pickup truck. The base model, which comes with a battery that can supply 230 miles of range, starts at $39,974, while the extended range version starts in the mid-$50,000s and can go about 300 miles. There are other unique features, like an onboard scale to weigh cargo and many different outlets for onboard charging. Ford said it will be the most powerful F-150 ever made.
