Having briefly attended the University of Augsburg at 18, he made the hard choice of an entrepreneurship career, eventually starting Mawave, one of the largest social-first agencies in Europe.
From achieving his dreams, Christoph has helped others achieve theirs. He led Mawave to an annual recurring revenue (ARR) surpassing $10 million, managing over $250 million in social media budgets annually, and employing more than 110 full-time employees. Mawave’s 250+ client list includes small and medium-scale businesses, startups, and Fortune 500 companies.
As a growth-minded executive, Christoph deeply understands how organizations work and how to build sustainable systems for growth and development. He led Mawave to create and refine the company’s growth framework and build an internal development and learning platform that handles the company’s training.
Christoph led the company’s 8-digit revenue growth in less than six years with no prior experience and has won several awards, including the Best-Agency Award 2023, Focus Wachstumschampion, Kununu Award 22/23, and Bester Arbeitgeber Bayern Platz 2.
He has built two other thriving companies among his many commitments. Through Christoph Zeizel Holding, he advises startups in tech and advertising, helping them drive sales, marketing, and developmental goals. As a problem solver, Christoph co-founded a tracking tool to address the issues with tracking social media channels and ad performance.
