Apple has confirmed that the long-awaited iPhone 13 will be revealed at their upcoming event on September 14th at 10 PM PKT. The event will be a virtual presentation broadcasted from Apple Park and is themed as ‘California streaming’.
The focus of this event will be on the new iPhone series, which is rumored to maintain the same sizes as the iPhone 12, but with a standout feature of high refresh rate screens, a feature common in many Android devices. Additionally, the new iPhones are expected to come with smaller display notches and improved camera capabilities.
Building up excitement for the digital event, Apple has introduced an augmented reality (AR) version of their logo, featuring a unique horizon view inside the Apple symbol accompanied by a static invite. Speculations suggest that this could hint at a possible astrophotography mode similar to what Google offers on its Pixel phones.
Apple enthusiasts can experience the AR feature by visiting Apple’s event site. This interactive feature requires an iOS device for compatibility. Upon visiting the site, users can tap on the event logo to witness a luminous AR Apple event logo blending into their surroundings.
In addition to the iPhone 13, Apple is expected to provide details on the release date of iOS 15 and its new features.
