In preparation for the upcoming release of Android 12, OnePlus has introduced the Android 12 Developer Preview 2 for OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro devices.
Notably, OnePlus recently announced the merger of their custom Android interface, OxygenOS, with OPPO’s ColorOS, with plans to release this integrated OS alongside the Android 12 update.
For those interested in trying out the latest preview build, it is currently available globally in two regional versions – IN (India) and NA (North America). European users and owners of T-Mobile (TMO) and Verizon Wireless (VZW) versions of OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro devices are not compatible with this firmware. It is advisable to have your device’s battery level at a minimum of 30% before proceeding with the update.
