The use of Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, highlights the role of AI in simplifying various aspects of human life. Word

Microsoft 365 Copilot enhances creativity in Word by allowing users to input prompts and descriptions to generate content. The tool offers templates for job descriptions, press releases, project proposals, and brainstorming. Additionally, it can leverage data from other 365 apps to assist in content creation, providing suggestions for improvement.

Excel

Microsoft 365 Copilot simplifies data analysis in Excel by generating trends and visuals based on user prompts. Users can request insights and trends from their data, saving time and effort in analyzing complex Excel sheets. The tool streamlines the data analysis process, presenting users with actionable information.

Teams

Teams introduces the “Meeting Recap” feature with Microsoft 365 Copilot, offering a summary of meetings for attendees. Users can access important highlights and notes from meetings they missed by utilizing the Copilot feature. The tool enhances productivity by providing detailed meeting summaries.

Outlook

In Outlook, Microsoft 365 Copilot assists in organizing emails by prioritizing important messages. Users can use the “Catch up with Copilot” feature to manage and respond to emails effectively. The tool summarizes lengthy email threads and offers reply drafts, improving email management efficiency.
