Administrator password lost

I fouled up and now when I go to control userpasswords2 I get User Accounts but it has Adminisrator an I do not know the Password. How can I get this password?
The easiest way to get your admin password is to not get it at all. The process of actually cracking the password from the SAM file would take forever. BUT that doesn’t mean we can’t reset the password.Follow the instructions I detailed here on how to reset the XP admin password with the Emergency Boot CD and you should be good as gold.
