One area that is never really covered that well with regards to SEO is with including an image in a blog post. Truth of the matter that including an image in a blog post has many benefits, for which I will go through the main ones below.

Forgetting about SEO, an image will do your website a world of good because people like looking at images – fact. Therefore, if you have two webpages identical and one has an image just below the first paragraph and the other does not, you can pretty much expect every statistic on the website with the image will be better than the website without an image, such as the bounce rate, exit rate, time on site, pages per visit and more.

Ultimately, images can do your website a great amount of good in terms of search engine ranking as well as improving the overall experience the web user has on your website. For this reason, try to get into the habit to include at least one image in every article and, by doing this, you will open your website and articles to a whole new world of crawlers, ready to crawl through the article to rank your image on image search results for the whole world to see.
